The session begins with the channelling of Angelic and Usui Reiki, allowing the body to soften as equilibrium is restored across the energy bodies—mental, emotional, physical, and etheric. This process supports the release of blocked or stagnant energy and may, where appropriate, facilitate the healing of karmic imprints carried across lifetimes. The result is a deep sense of alignment, activation, chakra balancing, and soul-level recalibration.

Sound healing may be woven into this phase of the session, using drum, crystal singing bowls, and tuning forks to gently guide the nervous system into stillness and support energetic integration.

Following the energy work, the session flows into a grounding, restorative massage using handmade massage oils, created with organic base oils and carefully selected essential oils chosen specifically for your needs. At times, healing herbs may also be incorporated. You are held within a cocoon of care—surrounded by crystals, soothing vibrational sound, and the gentle aroma of incense—allowing you to drift deeply into rest.
