YOGA
Yoga has played a key role in my life for over ten years. I love being able to share that passion with you.
As a very sensitive and perceptive person, I’ve always found Yoga to be a refuge – somewhere I could set my mind and heart at peace during difficult times and made a huge difference in dealing with stress both work and personal, family illnesses, anxiety, and workplace stress, and found all the strength within me to be there for my family.
I approach the practice of yoga from energetically honouring what your body is capable of and the spiritual and ethical principles of yoga. Yoga is not just about the physical practice, but about the healing practice of connecting to yourself, your breath which encompasses not just the physical practice but also honouring you, your breath and your movement.
QUALIFICATIONS
200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Training with Yoga London (RYT 200) 2017
50 hours Pranification Training with The Yoga People
100 hours Mandala Vinayasa and Shamanism Training with The Yoga People
40 hours Embodied Relational Yoga Therapy, The Art of Teaching 1-2-1 with Kate Ellis
