Junior and I welcome you on this most sacred retreat, of reconnecting to nature and a reclamation of your sovereignty and power whilst being in the stunning lands of Costa Rica.

We feel very blessed to be holding this retreat at Kunken Retreat and Spa where you will reset, be fed the most nourishing organic food from the local lands and have opportunities to take early morning swims before each morning meditation and yoga practice. The pacific waters are warm so will feel very nurturing and nourishing.

We shall also connect with the deeply healing lands and explore our breath, movement and the divine within with daily yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and ceremonies which will honour the element of the day, connecting to the cycles of life and sacred elements which is within us all and Junior will also be providing deeply healing Gong Baths.

This retreat is about resetting, reconnecting and filling up your cup on so many levels, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually at a soul level but also grounding in your greatness.

There will be two yoga practices a day including the evening one underneath the stars - imagine how special to be able to do this whilst surrendering and receiving in yin.

The food is also completely Organic and made with love on the land.

Costa Rica is known to Shamans as the Country of new beginnings and life and we both shall be holding this beautiful space for you to journey into, with the most delicious organic food grown on the land and many opportunities to explore the Ocean and also the beautiful land surrounding Kunken.
